PAYMENT METHODS
Palettini LLC accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We cannot accept international credit cards, international orders must be paid via PayPal.

CHANGE ORDERS
Please note that we cannot add to, cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
BACKORDERS
In the unfortunate event that an item ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately via email to let you know the estimated ship date and determine how you would like to proceed.

Other than the limited warranty set forth in the Returns and Exchanges section on our Shipping and Returns page, the Seller (Palettini LLC) makes no other warranty, express or implied, regarding any product purchased from Palettini LLC. This warranty disclaimer specifically includes any and all express or implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. Any Buyer who purchases from Palettini LLC expressly understands and agrees that, in case of a dispute regarding a purchased product, Buyer’s remedy shall be solely and exclusively limited to the terms and conditions of the return/exchange program described above.
In no case shall Palettini LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any injury, or loss of use, revenue, or profit suffered by any Buyer as a result of any product purchase from Palettini LLC, or as a result of any contact by Buyer with the Palettinit LLC internet site.

APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE FOR DISPUTES
Buyer understands and agrees that this Agreement and Buyer’s transactions with Palettini LLC shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, and that the exclusive venue for any disputes between Buyer and Palettini LLC shall be the state courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Buyer expressly agrees that the state courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut shall have jurisdiction and venue over any such disputes involving Palettini LLC.
